These Terms of Service are applicable to your purchase of any product in the Simple Structured Mama online store. Other than as specifically provided in any separate written agreement between you and Kelani Daniels, these Terms of Service may not be altered, supplemented, or amended by the use of any document, such as purchase orders, and all sales are expressly conditioned upon your agreement to these Terms of Sale. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service and the other provisions of the Terms of Use, these Terms of Service will control. Refunds
We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us; therefore, all download sales are final. Because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, we generally offer no refunds. However, want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please email us at kelanidaniels@simplestructuredmama.com and we will address your concerns. Refund requests made after you have downloaded our product are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within (7) days of your original purchase.
